Hypnosis induce comfortable and relaxed stage of mind which is totally opposite from stage of mind when in stress. During the hypnotherapy session, the therapist will help the patient to gain insight, change their perception about their issue, boost self-confident and gain inner resources to encounter the stress issue.
Our feeling, perceptions, reaction, beliefs, habit and behavior are govern by the sub-conscious mind. It is very difficult to change it at conscious level. With the permission of the patient, the hypnotherapist will induce the patient to communicate with their sub-conscious mind and install positive suggestion to change their beliefs system and behaviors. The process is effective and totally safe whereby the patient remain conscious and in control of the process. The therapist just act as a facilitator for the patient to make changes.
